Terms of use
These terms govern access to and use of the TailoredAI LeadGen Pro website, controlled pilot and authenticated customer service.
Last updated: 20 July 2026
LeadGen Pro is a workflow tool. It does not guarantee enquiries, conversions, revenue, message delivery or compliance. Business and communication decisions remain the customer’s responsibility.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using LeadGen Pro, you agree to these terms and the linked privacy, acceptable-use and cookie notices. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Controlled pilot
LeadGen Pro is currently offered as a controlled pilot. Access may be limited to approved organisations, users, plans, features, usage levels or integration configurations. Pilot functionality may change as testing and remediation continue.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and use only the organisation and records you are authorised to access. You must notify TailoredAI promptly if an account, invitation or credential may have been compromised.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Collect and use lead data lawfully and transparently.
- Provide required privacy notices and obtain consent where necessary.
- Send marketing or follow-up communications only when legally permitted.
- Maintain accurate users, roles, integrations and destination details.
- Review data and delete information that is no longer required.
- Verify outputs and business decisions before acting.
5. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. TailoredAI may suspend access where use creates legal, security, privacy, operational or reputational risk.
6. Integrations and third parties
Some functions depend on third-party services such as Supabase, Vercel, email, Slack, Google or customer-selected webhook systems. Their availability and terms are outside TailoredAI’s direct control. The customer is responsible for authorising and lawfully configuring its own integrations.
7. AI-assisted functionality
Where an AI-assisted feature is enabled, its output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. It is advisory only and must be reviewed by a person. LeadGen Pro must not be used to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects unless a separately approved lawful process is in place.
8. Intellectual property
TailoredAI and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, documentation and branding. Subject to these terms and an active entitlement, the customer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its internal business purposes. Customer organisations retain rights in their own submitted data.
9. Confidentiality
Each party should protect confidential information received through the service and use it only for the permitted business purpose. Confidential information does not include information that is public through no breach, independently developed or lawfully received from another source.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a dependable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security events or pilot changes may affect access. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
11. Fees and entitlements
Any charges, pilot period, plan limits, seats, support scope and renewal terms are governed by the applicable order, proposal or written agreement. Access may end when an entitlement expires, is suspended or is revoked.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. TailoredAI does not warrant that the service will produce a particular commercial outcome, identify every enquiry, prevent every security event or satisfy every legal or industry requirement.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TailoredAI is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit, lost opportunity, customer communications, third-party outages or decisions made from unverified information. Any specific liability cap in a signed order or agreement takes priority.
14. Suspension and termination
TailoredAI may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, expired entitlement, security risk, unlawful use, provider restriction or pilot closure. On termination, the customer should export or retrieve permitted data within any agreed period. Certain legal, payment, confidentiality, intellectual-property and liability provisions survive termination.
15. Governing law
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Barbados, subject to any mandatory rights that apply in the user’s jurisdiction. The parties should first try to resolve concerns in good faith.
